Muhammad Ali Was an American Professional Boxer, Philanthropist and social activist Ali. He generally considered the greatest heavyweight champion the history. Ali became a Golden Gloves Champion, and Olympic gold medalist in 1959.Ali one of his contests in the 1960, the majority of them by knockout. At the time of retirement Ali has devoted much of his time to philanthropy. Muhammad Ali rests a magical personality, known and loved throughout the hot e world. Being a boxer his success widely respected, but Ali’s greatest success lies in his legacy as a champion, leader. Humitraian and artist… His work both inside and outside the field makes Muhammad Ali “The Greatest of All time.”
Muhammad Ali was born Cassius Marcellus Clay Sr. (A painter and musician) and Odessa clay on January 17, 1942 In Louisville Kentucky. Ali’s Parents were married in 1930s and had two sons. Ali had only one younger brother Rudolph Valentino Clay. Ali’s first name was Cassius X. Ali and his brother were doing spiritually and searching about Islam, and they decide to join Islam, Black Muslim graves. He converted his name Muhammad Ali, and his brother converted Redman Ali. Muhammad Ali was married four times. He had only seven daughters and two sons. His daughter with his third wife Veronica Porches, Laila Ali, followed in her father’s footsteps and became a professional boxer. Leila Ali has enjoyed a successful boxing career and perhaps she is one of the most recognizable female boxers today.
Ali discovered his talent for the boxing through an odd twist of fate at the age of 12. His bike had stolen and he informed the police officer, Joe Martin that he wanted to beat up the thief. According to the report Joe Martin told Ali “well, you know better learn how to fight before you start challenging people.” Being a police officer Martin also trained young boxers at a local gym. Ali began working with Martin to learn how to box, and soon started his boxing career. In his first amateur contest in 1954, he won the fight by split decision go ahead to win the 1956 Golden Gloves Tournament for beginner in the heavyweight class. Three years latter Ali also Won the National Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions, as well as the amateur athletic Union’s national title for the light heavyweight breakup.
Ali won a contest on the U.S Olympic Boxing team in 1960. He travelled in internationally (Rome, Italy….) to compete. At 3 to 6 feet tall. Ali was an impressive figure in the ring. He was famous for processing a powerful jab, and for his footwork. After his Olympic Victory, Ali was publicized as an American hero. Ali Soon worked up professionally with the backing of the Louisville sponsoring Group. In 1960 Ali seemed uncontrollable, winning all of his contests with majority of them being Coupe de grace.He contracted with British heavyweight champion Henry Cooper in 1963 and then knocked out Sonny Liston 1964 to become the heavy champion of the world. Often mentioning himself as “the greatest,” Ali was not afraid to sign with his own praises. He was also known for gloating about his skill before a fight and for his colorful descriptions and phrases. In one of his most famous quoted explanations, Ali told reporters that he could “levitate like a butterfly, sting like a bee” in the boxing ring.
