Paul krugman, Nobel Winner Economist

Paul krugman is serving as professor in Princeton University, New Jercy. He is a scholar, economist, centenary Professor at the London School of Economics and distinguished scholar at the Luxembourg income Study center, and columnist for The New York Times. Paul krugman is recently awarded with Nobel Prize in economics. He was awarded with Nobel Prize in 2008 in admiration for his work on international economics, new trade theory and economic geography. He was describing news patterns of international trade and geographic concentration of resources and wealth.

Early LIfe and Education:

Paul krugman was born on 28 February 1953 in Albany, New York. He was spent his early life and grown up Nassau county. Early high education he attained from F.kennedy High School in Bellmore. in 1974, Paul was graduated with distinction in B.A. summa cum laude in economics from Yale university. He earned his PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1977. Pual was completed his doctorate thesis under Rudi Dornbusch, who was also very famous German economist.

personal Life:

Paul is currently lived Princeton, New Jersey while his parental grandparents were immigrants form Brest Belarus, then Poland to United States in 1992. Early interest and inspiration he began with Isaac Asimov’s novels Foundation, which was wrote about social scientist of the future that were change and revised the civilization by using psychology. Isaac Asimov’ became the reason of his spark to become economist. Paul Krugman is married twice, His first wife was designer and artist and his current wife Robin well is also an economist and collaborated with him in many books, articles and journals.

Work and Theory:

Completing after his doctorate, paul was started working on international trade of new models. Paul was emphasized trade based comparative advantage of regional concentration with very different characteristic and different scales involve. He describes the importance of consumer preference for variance, which explains the remaining cost of goods and which have a diverse and distinctive brands. Paul is strongly advocated the free trade and support for globalization, since International Area of Economics Study was the part of major concentration and his field, which became the reason for his victory at Nobel Prize. He is announced that he will retire from Princeton University in June 2015
